Account & Security

First, double-check that your phone number and password are entered correctly, and make sure Caps Lock is off. Go to Profile → Verification and upload photos of the front and back of your National ID along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 2–4 hours. Without KYC, large withdrawals may be delayed.

Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and turn on the toggle. You'll receive an OTP on your registered number every time you log in. Enabling this significantly improves the security of your account.

Betting Guide

Go to Sports → Cricket. You'll see a list of upcoming and live matches. Click on any match to view available markets (Match Winner, Top Scorer, Over/Under, etc.). Click on your preferred odds and they'll be added to your Bet Slip. Enter your stake and hit "Place Bet" — that's all it takes.

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, some matches offer a "Cash Out" option, which lets you settle your bet at its current value while the match is still in progress. You can find the Cash Out option in your Bet History.

If a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, your stake is generally refunded in full. You'll see "Void" or "Refunded" in your Bet History, and the amount will be returned to your wallet. Check the Terms & Conditions for specific rules.

Bonuses & Promotions

A 100% bonus is automatically credited on your first deposit to a new account. Deposit ৳200 and get an extra ৳200 in bonus funds. The bonus will appear in your Bonus Wallet and can be transferred to your main wallet once the specified wagering requirements are met.

App Issues

First, fully close the app and reopen it. If that doesn't help, go to Settings → Apps → vbi8 → Clear Cache. Install any pending updates before trying again. If the problem continues, contact support with your device model.

No, there are no separate rules — the process is the same. On the vbi8 app or website, Sports → Football (or any other sport) from the menu. The left side will show ongoing and upcoming matches. Click on a match to open the available markets on the right — such as Match Winner (who will win), Both Teams to Score, Over/Under Goals, Correct Score etc. Football markets typically include the draw option, which cricket does not have. Click any odds to add them to your Bet Slip, enter your stake, and confirm. For multiple bets, simply select odds from several matches one after another — they'll all stack up in your Bet Slip.
